I offer emotional support sessions, in person or online, aimed at teenagers and adults who are going through times of change or facing difficult situations such as:

- Anxiety
- Stress
- Behavioral problems
- Mourning
- Family conflicts
In our sessions, you will find a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. I will accompany you and provide you with the tools you need with respect, empathy, and understanding, so that you do not have to go through these processes alone.
The goal is to help you alleviate emotional symptoms and, at the same time, improve your quality of life and personal relationships.
